Account Deletion Request
Warning: Account deletion is final and permanent. All your progress data, gold coins, and unlocked items will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to delete your account?
1. From the application (Recommended)
The easiest and fastest way is to delete your account directly from the app:
- Open the Aylu app.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Select "Delete my account".
- Confirm the deletion.
2. Via this online request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion by sending us an email at:

What data will be deleted?
In accordance with our privacy commitments, deleting your account will lead to the immediate and irreversible removal of:
- Your username and avatar.
- Your email address (if provided).
- Your complete progress (levels, scores).
- Your inventory (coins, unlocked animals, equipped items).
